Noblesse System

Information

The Noblesse system in L2Temptation has reduced requirements. The Possessor of a Precious Soul chain quests function entirely as in base h5. New ways to gain Noblesse status have also been added.

All the ways to achieve noble status.

— completing the base quest by killing the final 100 mobs.

— Killing the Barakiel raid in a party and automatically getting the status for the entire party.

— Purchasing the status using 40 vote coins in the exclusive shop.

— Buy it from the donate merchant for 2000 donate coins.


Subclasses


Information

The possibilities for developing subclasses have been expanded so that they accumulate with the main class.

— Players must be level 75 or higher.

— Players can take 3 subclasses.

— Players can cancel and change subclasses.

— Main classes can go up to level 85.

— Subclasses can go up to level 75 at most.

— Players can take certifications (with their respective avant-grade books).

Restrictions

— Subclasses do not require a quest.

— Similar classes cannot subclass (e.g. Hawkeye cannot select Phantom Ranger).

— Passives do not stack.

— Kamael classes can only sub Kamael.

— No classes can sub Kamael.

— Overlord, Warsmith, Bishop, Shilen Elder, Elven Elder, and Prophet classes cannot be selected as subclasses, they are only main classes.

— Subclass skills cannot be enchanted.


Buffs System

The buff system has been redesigned to optimize effects and save slots. Character buff slots are limited to 36 + 4 with 18 dances/songs and buffs received from the buffer last for 2 hours.

Additional changes to dances:

— Songs and dances: do not require the use of duals to use.

Field Bosses

Field Bosses appear every day at 21:00, and are randomly generated. Field Bosses are designed to keep clans and groups competing and having constant action, while also giving the winner an advantage with exclusive drops!

— Field bosses come out randomly every day.

— When one of these field bosses appears on the turn, a teleport will appear that makes it easier to reach it.

— Field bosses have exclusive drops with various chances.

— Each field boss has a unique drop of a new exclusive jewel.

Standard Bosses

Standard bosses Anakim and Lilith have always had a specific spawn time. They will become available after a certain amount of time after being killed and will have new modifications to their rewards or difficulty, also granting new exclusive jewelry.

Lilith: This will have a fixed appearance every Saturday at 10pm GMT-3.

Anakim: This will have a fixed appearance every Sunday at 10pm GMT-3.

Epic Bosses

Epic bosses have all been set to level 80+ and also have increased difficulty and rewards in order to compensate for their weekly respawn times. We have decided to follow through with this change to allow clans and other players to see these bosses as events and play around their times strategically. We have chosen these specific times to benefit players from around the world so everybody can have a chance to participate in the battles to come.

Residencies


Castles

Sieges are an iconic part of Lineage II, bringing back nostalgic memories of epic battles on the plains of Aden and Elmore and breaching the castle gates. That being said, the castle siege will take place every Sunday every 2 weeks at server time (GMT -3) and will last for two hours. The winner of the siege will receive a special passive skill and a circle, along with the Lord's Crown.


Territory War

Territory wars will occur one day before the castle sieges and will have the same 2 week cycle. To accommodate this, the castle siege schedule was modified. All territory wars will occur on Saturday, all castle sieges are being moved to Sundays. When you talk to the Territory Manager NPC to sign up you can also see the time for the war – it should display in your time zone (not using in-game time).

Upon the completion of a castle siege, territory status is automatically given to the winning clan. The territory war will begin on the designated date/time, regardless of whether the castle-owning clan leader has been declared as lord. Being declared as the lord of the territory is done through a specific quest. And it is only after being proclaimed as territory lord that you are able to participate in a territory war.

— In L2 Temptation Lost Territory War you will have the unique peculiarity that each castle can obtain a maximum of 3 flags at a time.


Olympiad


Information

To minimize the risk of match-fixing, Hero status fights are concentrated in 15-day cycles per month. Heroes must meet the following conditions to be declared as such.

The Olympic games are held only for the main classes and begin the first cycle on Monday, November 18:

Period 20:00 - 23:40 (GMT -3)
Registration 4 participants (minimum)
Max Games 50 games per week
Min. Level Level 76
Terms Completed 9 fights, including one win
Restrictions All items will have the maximum enchant up to +8
Character Binding You can only participate with 1 character per HWID during the entire cycle
Prizes Hero status for a 2 week for the first in the class, and reward Olympiad Tokems, 1 Infinity Weapon & Wind of Destiny Circlet

— Hero statuses will be distributed on the 1st and 15th of each month.

— Hero skills will be available in subclasses.

— Hero weapons will grant adaptive power, based on the server's pace.

— The Hero Cape has been disabled.

— The rewards in the Olympics store have been updated.

— The time to move participants is randomized, making match-fixing more difficult.

— The following changes have been made to these elements:

Seasonal Events


The following seasonal events have been enabled to allow players to interact with the game in different ways along with creating new viable ways of farming. Players will be able to exchange their event items through the UI or designated NPC's for their reward.

- On the end of the events, all event items will be deleted from players automatically.

The server also has several events that are automatically activated every hour of the server.

Character Customization

Dresme System

We believe that your character should look as good as they are and that's why we introduced the dressme system that will change the appearance of a piece of armor to a special outfit or an armor set from another chronicle. We also have weapon skins.

Unique Class Cloak


L2temptation has the cloak belonging to each specific class!

— Each cloak belongs to a specific class, therefore another class cannot use it.

— Each cloak grants special stats to that class when used.


Zones

Giran Base

Giran will be the main area of ​​our server. With its design and importance, it is the meeting point for players! Visit the local shops, trade between players and relax at the central Obelisk.

Other Zone Changes

The following changes have been made to these zones to better fit our concept:

Antharas' Lair(Karik's): Modified so that it is only available at certain times.

— This zone is activated at 8am, 2pm, 8pm and 2am GMT-3 every day.

— The zone lasts 1 hour each time it is activated.

— The mobs in the area appear next to the area when activated and disappear when it ends.

— When the area is activated, an NPC appears in the room that works as a direct teleport..

At l2temptation we are looking for diversity and more combinations regarding equipment, therefore some epic jewelry has been added and changed.

The epic jewellery system, crucial in the end-game, has been expanded with a few new additions. Along with that, the following changes have been made to existing epic jewels.

Archers are basically the physical mages of Lineage II at the moment, and we are curving their machine-gun reuse to have more strategy and windows of retaliation. Along with that, we will be compensating with the 'glass cannon' builds and increasing their utility and safety a bit.
